“Y’all - do not walk, RUN to check out Pignetti’s. Best mushroom ravioli and bolognese we have ever had, and I am Italian! And don’t sleep on the “Up All Night” espresso martini - dangerously smooth but not too sweet. Ask for Jay - one of their newest servers but already so knowledgeable about the menu (and willing to hint at recipes) We don’t even live in Waco, but we will be back!”

“Everything was a big hit with everyone in the family. We shared wagyu meatballs, bruschetta, honey ricotta dip, Rosa pasta with salmon, chicken pesto pasta. We walked in without reservations but they were able to put us at a table in the bar. The waitress was so friendly, too. Everyone was raving about everything!”

“We had dinner here for my birthday, and it was wonderful. They had a signed card at the table and gave me a free dessert which was really nice of them. “I try to make it to Pignetti's as often as I can! If you like Brussel sprouts or creamy pasta, this is the place to be! The employees, like Mason, are excellent and always diligent and friendly. One of my favorite places in Waco for sure.”

“Everything our table ordered was delectable. Spaghetti, Fettuchini, Basil Pesto, and desserts. It was wonderful, patio atmosphere was great. Service was nice. We will absolutely return next trip!”

“Just wandered into this place and let me tell you, WOW is the understatement here. My favorite is spaghetti and meatballs. Until today the reigning champion was a restaurant called VILLA NOVA in Columbus Ohio. This place is a grand slam, out of the park and over the parking lot fence. Service was as good as you could ever want. This is the total package. Most definitely returning.”

“We accidentally stopped in for dinner during Baylor graduation parties abd celebrations! But it wasn't even a problem. We made a reservation for 8, and ended up arriving sooner and they were able to seat us immediately. Our server was exceptionally on point! The drinks were perfect! The food, omg....the lasagna was delicious, even more the next day for lunch, lol. Not all leftovers are good, but the lasagna hit!”

“Pignetti’s in Waco has a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff that make you feel right at home. My waitress, Melanie,gave some great recommendations—the Lasagna Rolls with wagyu ribeye were rich and delicious, and the Chicken Marsala over mashed potatoes (instead of pasta) was a perfect comfort dish with plenty of flavorful sauce. I had an Act of Faith Belgian Tripel from local Brotherwell Brewing with dinner, and it paired perfectly. Great casual dining spot with quality food and local flavor. Definitely worth a visit!”

“I was driving from Dallas to San Antonio, decided to stop by at Pignetti’s and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Lobster Raviolis which are some of the best I’ve had, the rich sauce and lobster filled raviolis are amazing! Then don’t forget about dessert and order the Tiramisu you won’t be disappointed. The staff was very polite and attentive. Now it’s a must stop every time I travel that way.”

“I've ate here several times and absolutely love the hot honey ricotta dip, lasagna rolls, and the bruschetta. I usually get the mushroom ravioli or chicken parm. For dinner, both are solid choices. My friend had the porkchop once, which i tried and was delicious and juicy. Overall I recommend this place.”

“We came into town on a cold night in January looking for some Italian food to warm us up. This spot was perfect! They sat us next to the fireplace and it was cozy and inviting. I had the house red wine and my fiancé had the Sauvignon blanc. The pasta alla norcina dish is the best pasta we’ve ever had. So good! And then I had the peanut butter espresso martini for dessert. Would highly recommend and we will be back!”

“Their Salmon Primavera is so, so good. I’ve had other dishes here but it’s my favorite. Sat at the bar this visit and the bartender was helpful, warm and attentive. Love the atmosphere and glad this is an option for a nicer (yet not pretentious) meal in downtown Waco.”

“Stopped in here for dinner on a Saturday evening around 7pm and got a table pretty much right away. Our server Leslie was amazing and so helpful and kind. The food came out hot and delicious, we had bruschetta, scallop gorgonzola fettuccine, and the waygu lasagna. Everything was top notch and the service was far better than most high end restaurants we've been to. Small touches like using real candles at the tables elevated the experience, definitely a restaurant we'll be back to and highly recommend!”

“A lovely Italian restaurant and bar in Waco . Food is great with a wide selection of Italian cuisine dishes served hot and fresh . From the chicken. Parmesan with spaghetti to the fettucine Alfredo , to the pizza selections to the delicious Aranchini . All were delicious. The place is swanky with plenty of space and great service . They have a large bar area and TVs . All wonderfully decorated.”
